A chapter is a branch of Covalence Global that addresses a specific issue within a local community. Any youth network member may start a chapter.

JOIN COVALENCE - If you are cleared by our board, then you will officially join our Chapter Program! You will get a page on this website and start your work right away, updating Covalence frequently about your progress.
